We hope you love everything you order from AYRT — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.
🕒 Return & Exchange Window
Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery — as long as they’re:
- Brand new and unused
- Undamaged and in original condition
- Still have all tags and packaging
- Purchased directly from ayrtbrand.com
💡 Final sale items and subscription pin drops are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 Exchanges Made Easy
We currently offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color (pending availability).
Want a totally different item? No problem — just send your item back and place a new order.
💳 Refunds & Return Fees
Returns are subject to a $10 handling fee and will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit — whichever you prefer.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to show up in your account.
📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange
Just email hello@ayrtbrand.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- A short note (optional, but we read every one!)
We’ll reply with easy return instructions.
🛑 Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. AYRT is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
💔 Broken or Missing Items?
We inspect every order before it leaves us — but if something did slip through, we’re here to fix it.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage or defects
We’ll make it right, fast.
📦 Third-Party Retailers
If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please reach out to them directly for return info — their policies may differ from ours.
🔒 Return Policy Abuse
To keep things fair for everyone, AYRT reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for excessive or suspicious activity (like repeatedly returning used items or sending back items we didn’t sell). Let’s keep things honest and kind.
